  • Junior Fire Alarm Technician

    As a key team member, you will assist with troubleshooting and repairing fire alarms, emergency lights, extinguishers, and suppression panels. Your role includes testing fire alarm systems according to ULC S536/537 standards, as well as performing routine tests on emergency lights. Additionally, you will inspect fire extinguishers and hoses and help draft detailed inspection and verification reports. Effective communication with clients will be essential, and you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Financial Controller

    The financial controller is the key to fulfilling the promises we make to our clients.  The company’s financial performance relies on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role.

    The Financial Controller oversees:
    Cashflow
    Payroll
    Accounts Receivable
    Accounts Payable
    Preparation and Review of Financial Reports
    Company and Client Records

  • Sprinkler Designer
    • Key to fulfilling design promises made to clients. The company’s brand and financial performance rely on the proper planning and execution of the responsibilities of this role.
    • Develops and leads all design department requirements.
  • Operations Manager
    • The Operations Manager is the key to fulfilling promises made to clients. The company’s brand and financial performance rely on the proper planning and execution of the responsibilities of this role.
    • Develops and leads all key operations department employees and oversees the overall execution of the company’s strategic plan.
  • Business Development Representative
    • To develop and maintain relationships with IDEAL CLIENTS based on FSS’s strategic direction.
    • To grow PMA and service business by adding new addresses, expanding existing PMA contracts, converting AUTOCALL systems to PMA contracts, and networking with targeted markets.
    • To ensure exceptional customer service and brand recognition.
  • Senior Fire Alarm Technician

    The Senior Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repair of fire suppression panels. Must have CFAA certifications (3+ years experience).
